CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE GRANT OF THIS LICENCE
This licence is granted subject to any Mandatory Conditions imposed by the Licensing Act 2003, Embedded Conditions carried across on conversion of your previously held Justices Licence, Conditions Converted from any previously held Public Entertainments Licence, Conditions volunteered on the application form to be undertaken by the applicant and where necessary, Conditions imposed by the Licensing Authority in order to promote the Licensing Objectives.
1. Mandatory Conditions:
c/ Any Door Security staff employed to carry out a security activity at the premises must be licensed with the Security Industry Authority (SIA).
Appendix A
Non Standard Timings
Indoor sporting events
Occasional keep fit displays are arranged in the centre twice per year. No dates yet available.
Live music
Occasional organ playing in support of Christies Cancer Appeal or busking. No specific dates arranged, brass bands play during summer and at Christmas.
Recorded music
Christmas only background centre music. 17th November to 24th December.
Performance of Dance
Christmas 'Switch on' event in November
Anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music and dance
Tower Radio Road Show to help the Christmas 'Switch on' event
Provision of facilities for making music
Provision of Facilities for dancing
May occasionally have a dancing display by a local show or Morris dancing
Hours premises are open to the public
Christmas opening late nights until 20.00pm in November and 21.00pm in December
Appendix B
Additional Conditions as consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. CCTV shall continue to be installed and tapes to be safely retained for a minimum period of 28 days for viewing purposes by the authorities, including the police.
2. Noise levels should be regularly checked and monitored.
3. All emergency lighting, fire exits, escape routes, fire safety equipment including fire alarms, electrical and gas installations should be regularly checked to ensure that they are properly maintained and in good working order.
