Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
The premises will be operated in a responsible manner with trained staff, CCTV coverage and effective management controls to promote all four licensing objectives.
The prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV is installed and maintained covering internal areas and the front entrance, staff are trained to manage customers responsibly and incident log is maintained.
Public Safety
2. The premises complies with fire safety, food hygiene and all health and safety requirements. All equipment is well maintained and in good working order.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
3. Customers are encouraged to leave the premises quietly. No amplified music is played. Deliveries and waste collections are managed responsibly to avoid any disturbance to surrounding areas/businesses.
The Protection of Children from harm
4. No alcohol or adult entertainment is provided. Children are not permitted to remain on the premises unaccompanied late at night.
