1. Staff need to be trained and be familiar with the Licensing Act 2003 and the objectives.
2. The club rules are to be adhered to and any changes to be notified to the local authority and police.
3. The club to abide by the advised capacity limits.
4. Prominent, clear and legible notices should be displayed at all exits requesting that customers respect the needs of local
residents and to leave the premises and area quietly and not to slam car doors.
5. At an appropriate time before closing time announcements should be made reminding customers of the above.
6. Noise should be inaudible to nearby properties.
7. Signage should be posted at the bar warning that "no sales of alcohol will be permitted to persons under 18 years of age".
