Conditions consistant with the operating schedule
General
1/ The Licensee shall ensure the premises will be used for licensable activity.
2/ There will be competent staff at the premises to fulfil the terms and conditions of the licence and for preventing crime and disorder.
3/ The Licensee shall ensure that all staff will undertake training to perform their duties responsibly.
4/ Records shall be kept of training and refresher courses.

Prevention of Crime and Disorder
5/ The premise is to operate an effective CCTV system both inside and outside the premises which is to be maintained in good working order at all times the premises is open for business. The recording medium (e.g. discs/tapes/hard drive etc) and associated images are to be retained and securely stored for a minimum period of 28 days and are to be made available to the police/Authorised Officers of the Licensing Authority upon request. The premises licence holder or designated premises supervisor [delete as necessary] is to provide the police with the contact details of at least two members of staff (or other person(s)) who are trained and familiar with the operation of the equipment so that, at the expense of the premises licence holder, they are able to check that the equipment is operating properly and that they are able to provide copies of recorded data upon request and within no more than 24 hours from the time of the request. The premises licence holder or the Designated Premises Supervisor must notify the licensing office or the Police in the event of CCTV breakdown or malfunction as soon as is reasonably practicable and in any event within 24hrs.
6/ When open to the public, staff are to use their best endeavours to prevent persons loitering outside the premises.
Public Safety
7/ Relevant fire safety procedures shall be kept and practiced.
8/ Fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and smoke detectors installed.
9/ All appliances shall be inspected annually.
10/ Fire exit signs shall be displayed.
11/ All emergency exits shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
12/ Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area immediately surrounding the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrapping etc. at the end of trading on each day.
13/ All customers will be asked to leave quietly.
14/ Clear and legible notices shall be displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and orderly manner without disturbing local neighbours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
15/ No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to remain on the premises after 21:00 hours unless accompanied by an adult responsible for their welfare.
