Licensing objectives
General
1/ The Licensee shall ensure the premises will be used for licensable activity.
2/ There will be competent staff at the premises to fulfil the terms and conditions of the licence and for preventing crime and disorder. The Licensee shall ensure that all staff will undertake training to perform their duties responsibly. Records shall be kept of training and refresher courses.
The prevention of crime and disorder
3/ All incidents of criminal nature on the premises will be reported to the Police.
4/ CCTV system will be operated and maintained at the premises.
5/ The coverage shall include both outside and inside customer area.
Public safety
6/ Relevant fire safety procedures shall be kept and practiced.
7/ Fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and smoke detectors installed.
8/ All appliances shall be inspected annually.
9/ Fire exit signs shall be displayed.
10/ All emergency exits shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.
The prevention of public nuisance
11/ All customers will be asked to leave quietly.
12/ Clear and legible notices shall be displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and orderly manner without disturbing local neighbours.
The protection of children from harm
13/ The Licensee and staff will ask persons who appear to be under the age of 25 for photo ID for proof of age.
14/ All staff will be trained for underage sales prevention.
15/ A register of refused sales shall be kept and maintained on the premises.
